1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email including a tracking number to monitor its journey.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
Free Shipping Offer: We are happy to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package’s progress via our [Track Your Order] page or directly through the carrier’s portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mirencosm is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@mirencosm.com and include photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mirencosm is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) immediately to file a claim

We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided.
